A Guide to the Perfect Build

    The Perfect BSI Build

    Note:

Now before I start with this guide, I do want to clarify that this isn't something that will take 2 or 3 weeks, this isn't something that will take 2 or 3 months, this is something that will take 2 or 3 years to complete. My current build is this build I am going to be sharing today, and I will show you my stats later on. This guide starts with a pure BSI build and will always be a pure BSI build, and uses reputation points to gain stamina and energy period and I will explain this all later in my guide. The main purpose of this build is to be completely dominant in both PvP and EvE and will sacrifice leveling speed tremendously to obtain this result. So if you're looking to reach level 300 in a week, this isn't the guide for you. But if you are looking to be dominant in both PvP and EvE while sacrificing leveling time or are just remotely curious as to how this build works or just want to see what it is like to be a pure BSI build then by all means read on .

    Starting off (levels 1-10):

There is not much to explain for levels 1-10 because you cannot add points into attack or defense so this will be the only opportunity that you will ever get to add points into energy and stamina and the rest will only be through rep points which I will explain later.
Note: you automatically get assigned 2 SP to energy per level from between levels 1-10. Because of this, you don't have to spend the other 3 and so you can put them into attack once it lets you. Attack is great for bosses and PvP when you're a lower level.

    Then from level 10:

I highly recommend that you start adding points into attack to begin and then add points in intervals to defense and attack again later. For example, add points into attack until you have 100 attack, and then add until you have 100 defense, 250 attack, 250 defense and etc. Depending on what you want to be in PvP and EvE, you will add points leaning either more towards attack or defense.
Important to note: ALL STAT POINTS FROM JOBS, ACHIEVEMENTS, AND LEVELING WILL GO INTO ATTACK OR DEFENSE. Also, at low levels everyone has about the same attack and defense so if you stay on the ball and level quickly to widen the gap between your BSI and others, then you can reduce your loses by quite a bit!

    Badge/Battle Rank:

DO NOT RUSH YOUR BATTLE RANK. I SEE THIS VERY OFTEN. PEOPLE THAT CHARGE TO RANK 16, 19, AND 22 WHEN THEY ARE NOT READY. And then they complain about getting hit by people 200-400 levels higher.

If you are making the transition between a silver badge and a gold badge, BE PREPARED TO START GETTING HIT BY PEOPLE A LOT HIGHER LEVEL THAN YOU. With your incredibly high BSI, a lot of people 200 levels on top will bounce off of you but others will defeat you as well. So make a rational decision about your badge, and don't shoot for rank 16 at level 100 or rank 22 at 200. Personally, I have not PvPed in a while, and just let people that bounce off me increase my battle points because I usually don't have any defeats in my newsfeed.

Recommended Stat Distribution (with reference to class):

Your ratio between attack and defense should be close to a 1:1. That is if you have 1000 attack, then you should have 1000 defense or close to it as well. This method is the recommended method for this build because not only will you be able to bounce people that are 200 levels higher than you, you will also be able to kill them easily in PvP. The same will also apply for EvE. If you are a sniper or an assassin, you will be able to hit and neutralize targets 100-200 levels above your own level and that will give you a huge advantage and be of a good benefit to your empire.

I do not recommend being an enforcer going into this build because you will have to sacrifice 100-200 stat points to your health because you need to have high hp to defend whichever building you are assigned to defend. If you do choose this path however, your defense should be at a 2:1 ratio to your attack or higher because your main purpose is to defend. That being said, you will also never have anyone defeat you at your level simply because you have allocated every single stat point into your BSI.

Either build above also works for demo as you can be flexible with your attack and defense should you choose to take this path.

    Respect Reputation Points:

This is very simple. You will pay respect into Mafia first, and in 60 days you will have gained an additional 60 energy which is crucial in improving the leveling speed of this build. After maxing rep on Mafia, you will max rep with Cartel. In 60 days you will have gained an additional 30 stamina which again, is crucial to leveling. Next, you will max either Syndicate or Street. The order does not matter at this point because it is both going towards your BSI so you can add as you see fit.

Now here is the important part of this build and why this build will take so long but be so good at the same time:
From this point on, after you have maxed all four reputation factions, you will add to Mafia until you have 300 energy. Then you will add to Cartel until you have 300 stamina and repeat to gain more and more energy and stamina. You will never touch the syndicate or street factions ever again. The reason why you max all four of the factions first is because they give you epic tier weapons, gear, and vehicles that are very valuable because you will not be able to get them on your own due to your lack of stamina throughout the course of this build.

    Favor points:

Now for those FP spenders out there or for people with this build interested in purchasing FP, you should never buy any refills whatsoever UNTIL you reach either 300 stamina or 300 energy. Then it will be worth it. Otherwise, you will be refilling 100 energy or 40 stamina at a time for example and that will take a fortune to level. Spend money only on crates to improve your inner circle. The addition of epic lieutenants greatly improves your strength in a duel and is extremely beneficial for this build.

    Other notes:

As for weapons, gear, and vehicles, buy as you see fit but make sure you have 501 in each category. This will make sure that people will not win if they war you. As for properties, there is no specific way to build them. Again, buy them as you see fit. Personally, I like to focus solely on income and do the boxing gyms and armories later but it is up to you.

My Current Build (as a reference):

    Level 186:

    Energy: 97 (+9)
    Stamina: 52 (+6)
    Attack: 637 (+25)
    Defense: 877 (+7)
    Health: 100

    BSI only with base stats = (637+877)/186 = 8.1

    Final Comments:

In the end, this build will grant you a super high BSI for your level, as well as 300 energy and 300 stamina for easy leveling. The inspiration for this guide came from a few posts I have seen around the forums asking for information on BSI or PvP and EvE builds. Thank you so much for reading this guide, if you have any comments, questions or see any errors in the guide, please comment below. Cheers!

I wonder how this all fits with events. I bought FP refills for the stam I had (50) and added up to 121 to unlock 40 stam hits during the Xmas event. I currently have 52e and 123s. All the other SP I put is into def and attack. I can beat players on the high 3's.

You can definitely add SP points into stamina and energy if you would like and definitely still hit through very high level people, but in reference to this build, which is more geared towards an absolute dominance in BSI, then it is not recommended that you add points to stamina

Nice, How do sleep with 52 stam bud? I have 52e and before going to bed I can equip lts that get me to 75e. I can't imagine finding 23stam from lts unless you got a 3* star king. Also I did the math and I have 298 sp into lsi side and you have 201. Yet you have ~350 more SP allocated to bsi ( really like 300 since I'm a bit lower a level than you). I did all the speed kills, just wondered where you were able to get so many more SP's?

Haha I try very hard to wake up in time to use my stamina but unfortunately a lot of the times it is wasted away. As for the SP points, I level a lot slower than most people so I can accumulate more SP per level and through respect as well. You had 50 stamina but now you have 123 stamina. thats 73 additional stamina points which converts to 146 BSI points as well

Yeah I know. Still I feel like stam is a bit more productive since it regens the same 5min but yields 2x the xp on avg. yeah still with the math even say you have 150sp I still wonder where you get them. I understand factions and perhaps you did more jobs than I did. I tried dice jobs on the 3rd map but got a silly recomb. Either way I enjoy your guide I think it is a very fun build. I found going heavy in LSI on my last build (lvl 421) gets exhausting at times and my new build even if it can't beat my big, it does do more dmg in bosses and even can do RPC slow kills without refill. Also one part that is worth mentioning are the lts. Now since fusion I focus less on an army of LTs and just consolidate into 6-7 solid ones that have higher stars.

Nice BSI build, but I think the title should be changed, it isn't THE perfect build, it is a great BSI build, but it is a tough and not always pleasant path (as much as any specialised build).

I am sure that the SP adds up somehow and I agree, BSI may be slow, but it is very fun :P Thanks so much for reading my guide, and I am glad that you enjoyed it! Cheers!

Yes now that I think about it, I agree. If a moderator could change the title to "A Guide to the Perfect BSI Build" that would be great

I'm a year and 1 month into this build. It's about time someone made a guide regarding this type of build. I would have made a thread awhile ago, but I'm not good at making guides lol. I'm currently Lv268 with 8.7 raw BSI (not including bonuses from LTs/properties) Leveling is extremely slow, but that's how I enjoy the game.

Oh and one more quick thing. From lvl 1-10 (might be 15) you automatically get assigned 2 sp to energy but the other 3 you don't have to spend then you put them into attack once it lets you. Attack is great for bosses when you're a lower level.
