    We have eight new LTs this time!

    Taylor:
    1*: +5% defense of Equipped Lieutenants, 50% effective if not seated
    2*: +6.5% defense of Equipped Lieutenants, 50% effective if not seated
    3*: +8% defense of Equipped Lieutenants, 50% effective if not seated

    Thanks for the information!

    Is there an ETA for these to get added to the rare/epic crates?

    I understand Julie not being in there yet because she is still in Dark Web but crate LTs usually appear to rare/epic crates after launch. Also, there is no way of getting Zachary right now.

    Can we get some sort of description on Hugo Max too? Why would someone want to do that unless aggression rating has some other bonuses somewhere? (If it does, that'd be news to me.)

    Having trouble understanding why anyone would want to use them or potentially * them up.

    I'm really liking Elena LT. Its not a epic so will be easier to star up. The fact we can only Rally twice per war is kinda lame but if entering war early the LT becomes that much stronger. I wonder how many Titans only Rally once due to being late to wars? To hell with Impale!!!!

    Sorry but i cant understand how KiKo and Helena works:
    1) Kiko says that add % to attack based on your energy! To me this means that if i have 1 attack i have no bonus even if my energy is 10K. The wording is wrong, should have been add % of energy to attack.
    2) what’s the difference with Malina, mr Nuts etc with the new Helena? It seems that their bonuses are better and dont need to be a titan in Rally.

    Can someone explain please ?

    1) Kiko 1* is adding attack equal to 10% of your base energy.
    Example : If you have 10,000 Energy and 1 attack. You will have 1+1000 Attack with 1* Kiko.

    2) Elena is worse than the other damage mitigation rare, imo. I have no idea why the dev made new rare looks really awful. Mr Nuts is probably one of the best damage mitigation rare out there, you get up to 14% damage mitigation at 9*(However he requires some base defense stats to achieve the max number ).

    Does Kiko remove energy and place it in to attack or does it just give you a bonus.

    It just gives a bonus based on your energy without removing it. It's a bonus stat and not a base one so it doesn't play into things like demo damage.

    That’s what I thought. So SP to energy is worth more than to any other place since it essentially adds atk as well with this LT.

    Someone needs to explain how Mad Sword works...I started him up and had zero change in my stats...Also Taylor is not working properly when seated. Increased from 1-2* and no change in orange and white stats. Didn’t ss blue screen but adds to lt strength should show up on base stat page as well, no?

    Before I write off Hugo Max as fusion fodder I would really like to know exactly what empire aggression means. I tried to find the definition in the forum search box but this thread is what pops up. I'm assuming its the main thing behind taking revenge for your empire?...long shot I know but want to be clear

    That's exactly what it is.

    Personally I would hold off on fusing as I suspect there is some sort of legit reason that we don't know about yet that will make this go from dud to stud.

    Currently the stat is something you would suspect on a common maybe an uncommon. For it to be an epic I think Aggression rating might charge some sort of personal or empire skill soon.

    I can't see any other logical reason for the skill to be epic unless we're not seeing the big picture yet.

    Duke, thank you for the detailed bonuses of the new lieutenants. Can you please clarify the bonuses also, preferably with some examples?

    Here is a list with what I know, from forum and Discord, that would be good if clarified by you:

    1. Hugo Max: "Deal % more empire Aggression Rating". What is Aggression rating and what is the benefit of having a higher Aggression rating?

    Edit: it was clarified that Aggression Rating is indeed the Top Killers tab from empire. So Hugo Max helps you either by being harder to be revenged, or it helps you to clear faster the respective list.
    I think Devs create it for the players who like revenge.

    2. Kiko: "Add up to % Attack based on Max Energy". Description says "based on max energy", but only 10% of base energy is translated in attack. General understanding is Max Energy is Orange number plus Green number and Base energy is only Orange number. Kiko transforms only the orange number, so base energy.

    3. Mad Sword: "extra Stats bonus to insignias, no seat needed [no clone]". I did not see a lot of mentions about him on Discord, but does he boost only personal insignias or all insignias? Can you clarify him, an example probably will help a lot to be understandable.

    4. Lee: "extra damage once using Impale, current EvE only [no clone]". Does Lee boosts only the Impale shot, or every token spent after using Impale. Does Lee have to be seated for the extra damage after Impale was activated? Does the bonus damage reset if dead and healed?

    5. Elena: "damage mitigation once using Rally". Does Elena boost only Rally action or every token absorbed after using Rally. Does she need to be seated for damage mitigation to be active AFTER you used Rally, or is it enough to activate rally with her seated?

    6. Taylor: "%Defense to Equipped Lieutenants, half effective if not seated [no clone]". Is she working properly, people reported unexpected low numbers increase after using her.
