Contacted support twice but they are not looking into matter properly
I got 40 shiny eggs in casino royal event but did not received my lieutenant tigress when I contacted support he stated I only had 33 shiny eggs .I thinks its not got updated in last minute because I have 40 shiny eggs which anyone can see in my tech lab ingredients in my profile .

Even I contacted support 3rd time as well and awaiting their response.

Sadly customer service here is shockingly bad.
In my opinion it’s the biggest issue that needs resolved, if the customer service was better then all the other issues would get resolved quicker.
As it is customer service tend to ignore the problems.
Vishnu made 40 eggs within the time limit, it is in his profile, their logs say he built 33 yet he has 40, you can’t build once the event timer finishes.
This is their problem, why can’t they fix it ? It’s becasue customer service is poor.
