Its a bit ironic that this update has "bug fixes" yet theres a bug requiring you to uninstall and reinstall UE before this new stuff shows up LOL simply updating does not seem to work............

Does Julie give you a chance for a shard when you do things like demo and stim, is she for shooters only?

Julie is a health / collect only lt.

The shards drop only on EvE collect if she is seated. Not sure if that chance can be cloned.

Whats the 'refresh rate' of uncommon LT's in the darkweb shop. EG when current timer exceeds "0" will there be others added ?

It looks like its 3 random old black market lts every day. They change at UE cut-off time, same time with daily achievements and empire donations refresh.

About electrolaser, for the moment it doesn't seem to be very useful.
5 tokens to initiate, 5 mins to charge, 2 tokens to fill, 1 token to launch, 5 mins to hit. A lot of time and tokens for only 20% of health. Unless it targets a very hard opponent with tens of thousands of health, it doesn't seem to be very useful.
And how do you target? You choose a building and it hits the 1st person in the building? What if you want to hit someone else, you have to kill those in front of him?

It says it will hit someone active first, so if the only person in the building is active it should target them. Otherwise youll have to kill everyone else in the building before you use it in order to get it to hit a particular person

At EvE collect only. Julie must be seated when you press collect or when auto-collect happens.
