Hello everyone,
For some reasons, you can't enter the own destroyed Nuke/Sniper Tower/Research Lab on v5.30. We will unlock them on the coming new version.
We are going to release Underworld Empire v5.30 soon. A new EvE based event will be held. During the event, there will be 2 new chargeable skills in Sniper Tower and Research Lab.
We may tweak the design according to data and feedbacks.
To active the New building powers, you need to:
-Update client to v5.30.
-Donate and upgrade the powers in Sniper Tower and Research Lab during Event.
-Wait for the event to start.
Electrolaser: Remove x% health on a random target in the selected building.
-Always targets a live opponent preferentially.
-Ignores armor, and burns x% of the current health.
-Ignores dodge, deflect, nano, damage mitigation and HQ superpower.
-Can’t be launched within the first 30 mins of a battle.
Ion Shield: Generate a shield that cancels incoming damage for the next x attacks.
-If a player would take over 50 damage from an attack, the shield will cancel that damage and reduce it to 0.
-If a player would take 50 or less damage from an attack, the shield will not trigger and the player will take that damage.
-The shield will apply for damage from sources such as direct player attacks and executions, Electrolaser, or Nuke.
-The shield will apply for splash damage.
-Only defenders can use shields on the Battlefield.

The 2nd event will be hold from 4/6 - 4/10 18:00 PDT.
We reduced the token cost, charge time,CD and increased the damage and usage limit.(more details please refer to skill description in building)
