Hi it’s been a long time since we’ve had a new black market lt, Ki has been there for months now, can we have a new one please ?

I must know because I can't participate in Las Vegas Heist because I am saving FP for Gold Digger.
It takes +- 3 months to design and release the create a lieutenant contest lieutenant.
My guess is very soon!

There was one new lt in the valentines gift his name is Zachary, plus 5% attack to equipped lt 50 percent effect unseated.

I received 5 valentines crates, the first 4 were Hansel, then I got Dominee, i would have pulled my hair out if the last was another Hansel.

Anyways yes where is the new black market LT please.

Where is create a Lt. contest winner Gold Digger?
It is almost time for new create a Lt. contest.
I have already created the 2 lieutenant entries.

Special ability: 3% Chance to gain back all stamina when stamina are used and decrease stamina timer by x seconds
and
Special ability: Chance to steal % of cash from opponent's Safehouse overflow (max $2m). Note that the chance to steal applies to each Stamina point spent.

If it’s that time consuming to create a new BM Lt, at least rotate former ones more often.

That would reduce waiting time.
