Wrote CS a week ago. They wrote me back right away and asked me for more information about the accounts I want transferred and the account I want them transferred to. Have not heard back since. It’s beem 1 week so far. I check everyday since it would bring me back to the game

They have no clue how many people leave the game because of this. Me being one of them. (Kind of) I play periodically but definitely don’t spend a dime anymore because of it. I would pay a good amount of money to have them transferred to my main phone.

UPDATE:
Just got an email back after 2-3 weeks. The customer service team is sending the information to the devs to start transferring process. Let’s pray that’s not another 2-3 weeks.

Process is moving much faster now. They just asked to verify email addresses.

After 6 weeks If back and forth messaging they told me I need to have all the accounts bound to the same email for it to happen... they already are... another couple weeks of waiting
