Mine required that you bought the $9.99 pack minimum. (60 FP Victory Pack) I think they all do.

And you had to click the banner before buying, i've done this mistakes twice back then. You had to bought the promo by clicking from the banner first

Contact support via the in game link - it took me a bit of clicking but you can get to a message field and include your email

If it was the Beginner's Limited promotion (lvl 1) then you have an issue because any amount of FP purchased will grant you the rewards.

However, I believe all of the other promotions are $9.99 or more (60fp). You'll have to purchase the Victory Pack to get the rewards.

I don't know if they'll refund you since you picked the wrong one, maybe though

Some offers need u to buy "120 favor". Unless it is the first in-Game promo ever u always need to buy more then the cheapest favor package
