Here is an example of what I think she works

Health Enforcer/Titan with 20000 Health.

at 1* , There is 10% that I sacrifice 2000 ( 10% Remaining Health) Health and Deal that amount Directly to the target's health ( since the wording is health, I assume It Ignores any Armor the target might have). This seems a little sick when gang up against a strong defender. ( Of Course, Level ratio applies If there is ).

Still, this ability is somewhat strong to me for high health people , Pure damage that cannot be negated by any sources, as well as apply directly to the target's health.

I get that its relative, that it depends on the account.

I dont know my accounts true damage on a building.

The way i read this power is that i lose 10% of my health and that will be extra dmg to target?

Imagine the dmg the high health titans and terms can do, i'll skip this one. Good luck all in event!

Question to Duke:

If My level is 2000, I hit a target at 1000, Since It is ratio based, Do I get a 2:1 Ratio / Double Damage , Or It is capped at 100% / 1:1 ?

I have said it once and i will say it again. Event epics should not have a positive and negative effect. Save those for crates. At 1* this LT is "OK" for demo but the more you star the LT the positives for demo drop off. The fact that top 1k players will get this means the vast majority of your player base wont event try from the get go. Kudos to the clear examples though Duke. Thank you.

Unlike other EVE only epics Ace skills should be good for bosses and PVP as well. I mean come on! If we're going to fight for rank then make the reward worth it. Since many others have said this numerous times an event epic SHOULD be better then crate epics and releasing a limited EVE only epic just inst really worth fighting for since it caters to only ONE facet of the game. Why is there such a large disconnect between what the community wants and what you work on and deliver. Isn't the goal to create higher satisfaction = increased loyalty = spend more money. As a business, your goal is to make money while the player base goal is to have fun. why cant those two co-exist

I have fond memories of the older event epics which are far more useful then the recent releases. Can we please return to the days when event epics were special and worth fighting/spending for.

Im reading these examples and im still not sure how this ability works. You sacrifice 10 percent of your current health, then depending on the ratio of your levels(capped at 100%) you get that percent of of the lieutenants power which at 1 star is 10% of the defenders current health. Is this right?
heres my questions:

Does the level ratio have a bottom cap? If im level 100 and i go against a level 1000 does that mean my ratio is 1/10 and so my ability is only 10% of what my actual lieutenants power states? So in this case i would sacrifice 10% of my health and they would only lose 1%?

If we are the same level but i have 2000 health and they have 20000 health does that mean i sacrifice 200 health and they recieve 2000 damage?

Does it matter if i win or lose? Seems like a direct sacrifice for direct damage.

I'm really sick of this "EvE only" crap too and was going to say the same thing as you here earlier so I made a (long) post about it. Hope the devs take this into account for the next event LT after this one. These EvE only LTs aren't worth wasting fusion material on.

And that's not to say that Ace's ability isn't good. I do think it's a decent ability. Possibly a stud for EvE. I just think there needs to be some secondary function that allows her to work at bosses, pvp, or jobs, or all 3. We're competing in the same events but for blatantly worse prizes than what we had in the past.

Like when I first won Viper from 2015 Casino Royale, I thought she was pretty crappy compared to Vice, but hey at least I seat her with Joaquin/Gunner/Charon for my energy and Stamina generation. But oh man.. just looking at these new event LTs powers makes me cringe.

I am afraid the extra damage per star (1%) is not worth losing 2 epics. Also I complained about this EvE only aspect. Remember Duke and Co. EvE, PvP, Boss hunting, PvE (energy). Having one epic cater to only one aspect is pointless.
