    iOS to Android?

Been playing for a long time now, nearly level 600 on my iPhone 5c, but I have finally gotten a new phone which is a Galaxy s4. I really do not want to have to start another character from the beginning. Is this possible yet? If so, how does one do this?

Newer by 5 months. So not a drastic difference. Although from experience, I'd rather have a slightly older Android Phone, than a restrictive iphone.

Anyway, to answer the question. It's not possible to transfer between IOS/Android.

I was in the same situation, so built an LSI alt. And to be fair, I ditched my main a few months ago, because my LSI build is much better, and over took my hybrid in a year. (Power wise)
