Does Kate still drop in Westside? After over 200 collects without a single Kate, I am beginning to wonder. At 95% I get an above average number of cash outs, but never a Kate. Same goes for Fox and her Dice job. The drop rates seem to be so low now that it is on the level of a legendary item.

What annoys me the most in Westside is getting cash when collecting at 93/95% (1 hit before 100). If I used 2k+ energy and in great zone I should get more than 60k cash

She does still drop, but the rate has been reduced to 7% I believe, based on 600+ collects that I have recorded since Dec. My sample size also yielded the fact that the rare recomb drop is around 8.5%, which I found kind of ridiculous. For a while previously, it was 8% for rare LT drops. Prior to that, it was even higher, but those days are long gone.
If you aren't super LSI, it is extremely difficult to star up rares in dice jobs. Not sure why they reduced the drop rate. I guess the devs want you spending more money on crates!Comment

I don't understand why anyone would do west side for rares, midtown is a much better option so far I got 9 Cains out of around 80-100 collects.Comment

It does seem that the rewards in challenge jobs have been tempered. Since the beginning of the event I did a lot of the Slums job and I got enough John's for a 7* John, 15 common recombinators and only 3 or 4 Pains (along some unknown number of Mia and Colt).
I collected at 88% or 96-97%, but it seems to be cash now 1 in 10 collects.
(totally huge than a couple of months ago, when it was 1 cash in about 100 collects at same percentage).

I collected over 150 Kate's during event... wasn't doing west side for her though. Had some uncommons needing 9*. Her drop rate was fairly good though. There were times I wouldn't see her for a few hours then she would drop back to back a couple times. Seemed normal to meComment

About 400 Westside's done for the event....3 Kate's total. The Super LSI did get the 9* Blink and Hector. Drop rates are so bad over the past year that it is not even close to that '7%' figure. The cash collect at 95% is near that 7% figure.
It could be that the accounts are WAY overdue for Kate drops.Comment
