Happened every time I tried the powerball too. But yeah no joke, these scratchers have very bad odds. Nowhere near the odds they claim.

I just got 45FPA worth of crappy scratchers and I will tell you exactly what I got:
Scratch 1- AK-12
Scratch 2- $250K (offline and never went through!)
Scratch 3- bulletproof suit
Scratch 4- AK-12
Scratch 5- bulletproof suit
Scratch 6- bulletproof suit (offline and never went through!)
Scratch 7- 1 energy refill
Scratch 8- x3 energy refill (offline and never went through!)
Scratch 9- 1 stamina refill (offline and never went through!)
Scratch 10- energy refill

Now please explain why it seems to always go offline when I am "winning" something? It's starting to look like a scam now! How am I going to be rewarded my lost items?! And please note I haven't added my previous (tens) of unrewarded winning! I DO NOT go offline for chat or any loading of pages! HOWEVER I am constantly getting bent over in situations where I am getting something back from the game! It's like going to a store and buying scratchers but the winnings is just about to be handed to you over the counter but he pulls his hand away and places it back under the counter!! I WANT MY WINNINGS AND EVEN SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION FOR THE STRESS CAUSED! I... WANT... MY... BLIMMING... WINNINGS!!!!!!

i recently bought a v.i.p pack for use on scratchers only ended up with 2x 30 energy refills and 5x 12 stamina refills.

with approxly 15mil cash and few lt's + random loot.

i call worth. i got like +40 lvls from 690+ to 730+ and still have some refills waiting to see how this event boss will look like. if shitty rewards i'll just lvl up.

Yeah I'm with candy as we'll I almost always get my money's worth on scratchers usually more... As long as I can get 5 or more refills on scratchers it's more than worth te 45fp

if your going for scratchers you need to play the long game and log what you win with a value

eg 1 refill is worth 10fp, 1 crate roll 30fp etc (I don't value money or items, only lt's, crates, refills)

here are my last lot as I always buy them in 10's

11/06/14 - 450 spent - 610 earned
18/06/14 - 450 spent - 320 earned
25/06/14 - 450 spent - 440 earned
02/07/14 - 450 spent - 470 earned

so if you total them you get

1800 spent - 1840 earned

If you added a FP value to money gained it would be a lot higher, but as money is acquired quite easily and has very little worth I do not value it. As you can see if you play the long game it does even out and become worth it, I will always go with scratchers over anything else as this is where I see my profit being made.

Just keep a system and make a note of what you spent and earnt.
